Steve, just a suggestion to improve your lighting. Right now you are always backlight by the kitchen lights and your faice is in shadow, so the focus is on your cupboards. If you buy a simple work light and aim it up from low near the floor, we will be able to see your face better and concnetrate on you and your great information

Thanks John…
Actually, I wanted to keep it dim so I didn’t scare my blog readers:) Seriously, you’re right. I’ll keep that in mind for future videos in the ole’ kitchen.

Hey Steve,
I was wondering what role other protein supplements could play during season. I saw your video on casein paste but I still don’t know when/if I should use whey during season if I am dieting pretty hard to keep my weight down.
Thanks,
joey

Clifton,
You have a lot of variability with the solid meal. I think it’s best to have a meal that has a visually equal portion of protein, complex carbohydrates and fibrous carbohydrates. This will help give you a steady supply of energy, while you fill in the rest with the Weight Gainer.

Joey,
Whey protein is ALWAYS fine to use. I recommend Casein usually before bed since it is a slower acting protein and will supply a steady stream of amino acids to your muscle cells while you sleep.

steve,
i am curous as to how much weight this will take off and in how much time? is this similar to the 10 pounds in 3 days plan? or is this something that takes a longer period of time? also, how much water should be consumed with this plan?
thanks,
Paul
