    A note regarding ‘cage free’ eggs:

    Free Range & Cage Free are very different. First, be sure it’s organic. Just because it says FR or CF does not mean it’s organic, especially, for CF eggs.
    CF only means the hens are out of the cage for a minmum of 1 hour. This is gov. regulated and it’s very deceptive.

    Secondly, many CF hens roam around in warehouses on cement floors which are very dirty. If you have a chance to see a CF chiken farm such as this, it’s very unsanitary.

    Third, CF does not mean organic and therefore they’re fed grains which are contaminated with toxins, antibiotics and lots of GMO soy.

    FR-organic is definetly the better choice!
