This is part 2 of the How To Gain Weight for Wrestling video tips. In the first video, I mentioned that in order to gain weight as a wrestler you must first reverse the Catabolic process which is basically the muscle-breakdown which nags wrestlers all season long.

    great tips steve. i think it’s great how you stress preventing the breakdown of muscle just as much as eating to add muscle. that’s a huge part of the equation that oftentimes gets overlooked. also, the gum and hand washing after eating a can of tuna is always helpful, lol! can’t wait for the next video; the weight loss and gain series has been fantastic thus far!!
