A Very Effective Exercise for Youth Wrestlers… High School and College Too!!!
The Scramble to Balance is a very effective, wrestling-specific bodyweight exercise series… it is one of my favorites for Youth Wrestlers, as well as High School and beyond!
When you add these to your program you can:
~ Increase Strength
~ Improve Conditioning
~ Improve Balance
~ Develop Into A Better Athlete
~ Increase Speed
In fact, I recommend it to wrestling programs often. It’s best used a couple of times per week.
It’s great to use in addition to your ‘wrestling specific’ strength and conditioning program.
