Don’t even think about cutting weight for wrestling without having a meal plan… unless you don’t care about getting weak and tired.
It drives me crazy to watch guys deteriorate as the season goes on each year. They get that really tired, beat-up look and walk around looking like “Pringles” Potato Chips.
… and don’t even get me started on the number of little nagging injuries that increase as the season gets underway due to the binge and starve that wrestlers put themselves through each week.

Hej, I have been following your different programs and now have a question.
My dotter is wrestling in National team and we try to keep her weight in 49kg(around 108lbs).
and now we try to find a meal plan to keep the weight but ingrease her musckle power can you help me with this.She is 16years and 161cm( aroud 64inches tall)
