First of all, Thank you for consistently sharing your knowledge and information with us. I have a question regarding the meal plan. My son is 15 years old, wrestles year round, this year, usually we don’t have to worry about cutting weight at all, but this year we need to cut a few pounds for the High School season. How would you recommend adjusting this meal plan to cut weight (over the next month) not by starving/dehydration before weighins. Thanks!

Andrea,
I’ll be posting another video that covers how you tweak this meal plan to accomodate weight-cutting in the next few days.
Stay tuned…

Thanks for all the great information, especially for the video blogs. My son will surely watch a video before he reads anything. Anyway, can you adapt this meal plan for high school wrestlers? My son commonly leaves home before 7am and doesn’t get home until after wrestling practice around 6pm. How can he eat 6 meals a day? Can he, or should he eat near bedtime? or right before practice? I want him to eat right and can send lunch to school with him but he’s got a long time between lunch and supper. Also should portion sizes just be modified for a lighter wrestler, 112 lbs.? Thanks!
